AgileBuilder respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal information. AgileBuilder is a product provided by Taiyuan Yijin Technology Co., Ltd. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and protect information when you access, register for, purchase, or use AgileBuilder websites, desktop applications, local versions, cloud features, and related support services.


1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information processed by Taiyuan Yijin Technology Co., Ltd. through AgileBuilder products and services.
If a specific service is subject to a separate privacy notice, data processing agreement, or supplemental terms, that document will control to the extent of any conflict for that service.

Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:

2.3 Local Version

The local or open source version of AgileBuilder is generally designed to run in your own environment.
If you do not connect it to our cloud features, account systems, payment services, update services, or support channels, we generally do not proactively collect your business data from a purely local installation.

  • provide, maintain, deliver, and improve the Services
  • create and manage accounts, verify identity, and apply security controls
  • process purchases, payments, refunds, settlement, invoicing, and customer support
  • provide sync, hosting, backup, collaboration, or cloud-based functionality
  • send service notices, product updates, security alerts, and important operational messages
  • analyze usage, diagnose errors, optimize performance, and improve user experience
  • detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and other security risks
  • comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect our lawful rights and interests
